The Wailers Concert

Not a whole lot of big bands make it to little old La Réunion on their tours, but we were lucky enough to get the Wailers to play here last Friday night. It was so good to get that concert feeling back, especially since I haven't had such an experience quite a while. That and being parents to a little guy, Alex and I don't get out that much where it's just the two of us anyway. Looking around at all the fans, I realised that this music transcends generations and languages. A thousand of us all singing the same songs at an amazing outdoor stage. What a great night.
