life goes on

Life has been going on pretty normally for the most part, except for something unexpected recently. I'm not sure if I will elaborate more on that later, but for now, I'm finding that rest, homemade chocolate chip cookies and making stuff has been quite helpful.

 I think we're past the worst of it, but there are still more cookies to eat, so I will have to sacrifice!
Also, this guy has been making me laugh.
